TypiPlot processes imported tables, charts and analysis on your Mac. The app does not automatically upload them to a TypiPlot-operated service.
Projects, exports, preferences, recent files, recovery data and caches are stored locally or in locations you choose. A cloud-synced or network folder may transfer files through its storage provider. Files and local application data can remain until you remove them. Forgetting a working folder removes TypiPlot's saved access; it does not delete that folder's files.
The optional Excel add-in sends selected values and workbook, sheet and range details to TypiPlot through an HTTPS connection on the same Mac. The service listens only on the loopback interface and uses a temporary connection code. Stop the connection or close its TypiPlot window to end the service.
The add-in loads Microsoft's Office.js from Microsoft's service and runs inside Excel. Microsoft services and any workbook storage provider are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. This connection is not an offline guarantee for Excel. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
Apple handles Pro purchases and account authentication. TypiPlot reads Apple's verified entitlement status to enable Pro features. TypiPlot does not receive your payment card information or require a separate TypiPlot account. See Apple's privacy information.
Failure records and feedback are kept locally. Feedback can include data, chart settings, history or paths if you choose those options. Review the preview before saving or sharing a report. TypiPlot does not submit these reports automatically; any sharing service or recipient you choose has its own data practices.
If you contact support, your email address, message and any attachments are processed to respond to you. Mail providers handle delivery. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website; see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. These pages contain no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts.
TypiPlot has no advertising, analytics or device-tracking service. It does not sell your imported data. For privacy questions, email typiplot@outlook.com.
