Keep your original measurement file. Use CSV or XLSX import, then save an editable TP project before exporting a figure.
Pro is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. To restore an existing purchase, open the Pro window and choose Restore purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Store availability and transaction status are supplied by Apple. CLI work uses the same Pro entitlement; help and version queries remain free.
Include the app version, macOS version, steps and the error message. A small synthetic data example is helpful. Review data, paths and attachments before emailing them.
